I love this pie!

I discovered Heirloom Tomato Pie last summer when I had loads of tomatoes from my parents garden. This year I had beautiful heirloom tomatoes in my own garden. I noticed this morning that my last two gigantic tomatoes were starting to go bad on my counter-- so I decided to bake my pie! It is SOOOO delicious and smells wonderful in the oven!
