Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

This afternoon I was tired and didn't want to think much about dinner. I looked in my Fix It and Forget It cookbook and found a super easy idea:

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour one jar of salsa over top (I saw peach salsa at the store today that I want to try next time). Cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve over rice.

At the table, we added shredded cheddar cheese on top and Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream). It was delicious!! The chicken was very tender and the salsa gave it a nice flavor.
