About four years ago I began sponsoring a child from Uganda, Africa through Compassion International. Little did I know that years later she would be the same age as my stepdaughter! This sweet African girl, Hadija, has faithfully written me letters and I've watched her grow and develop through the years. A few days ago Harmony wrote a letter to Hadija. As she wrote the letter, she was curious about how the translation of the letter worked and questions about her life in Africa. The end of the letter was sincerely signed, "Your new friend, Harmony."
Who knows, if God wills and provides, we might meet Hadija in Uganda one day!
How can I express how amazing and wonderful and how much I am in love with this!!! Love you Harmony! May you continue to have a soft, sweet heart for the things of Jesus!
