Art Activity

We have been using incentives to try and teach Lucas and Melody consequences to bad and good behavior. They each have a calendar and at the end of the day, they get a smile or frown face on their behavior calendar. If they have a set amount of smile faces in a consecutive number of days, then they have a special reward. One week, Melody's reward was to do an art activity. Melody is really good about realizing consequences and is motivated to avoid losing privileges. She will work hard for treats. As soon as she woke up in the morning, she was so cheerful because she just couldn't wait to do her art activity!! She just said to me over and over, "Mommy, I'm just so happy to do my art activity today!!!"
